Tour details

- Tour: Mount Abu Climb, Abu Road to Mt. Abu to Guru Shikhar
- Dates: July 12th - 13th, 2025 (Saturday – Sunday)
- Ahmedabad Departure: July 12th, early morning around 3:30 am
- Ahmedabad Return: July 13th, around 7:00 - 8:00 pm
- Advance to be Paid: Rs. 9,000.00 at the time of registration
- Registration Closes: July 16th, 2025, 5:00 pm
- Cancellation: On or before July 6th, 2025, 5:00 pm. Post this, no refund will be provided.
Itinerary
- Drive to Abu Road early morning at 3:30 am on July 12th with bicycles, either mounted on cars or sent in a truck, depending upon the number of registered members.
- Riders will attempt two climbs on July 12th: the first at 8:00 am, and the second at 4:00 pm (roll down to Abu Road and then climb again).
- Overnight stay at a hotel on July 12th.
- On Sunday, July 13th morning, climb from Mt. Abu to Gurushikhar and then return to Mt. Abu.
- Lunch at Mt. Abu, followed by the return journey to Ahmedabad, starting around 12:30 pm.
The approximate cost of the tour will be Rs. 9,000/- per person, and it will include transportation for cycles and members, overnight stay at Abu, and all food expenses.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Further details of the tour, including accommodation, will be circulated at a later date.
The cost of the tour will be on a 'cost basis' which means that the total cost incurred will be divided equally among all cyclists/members participating in this tour.
